PINNACLE was responsible for the project management, technical design, and permitting services for a 13.50-acre, 11-lot subdivision zoned AG-1 from conception to completion. Technical designs involved storm water modeling, hydrology and hydraulic drainage analysis, horizontal and vertical roadway layout and design, infrastructure layout and design, grading and drainage design, and erosion and sedimentation control design and permitting.

Kingston Subdivision
Henry County, Georgia
Client: Greenleaf Development

PINNACLE was responsible for the project management, technical design, and ACOE and NPDES permitting services for a 128-acre, 188-lot subdivision zoned PD.  Duties included client relations and construction plan generation for sanitary and storm water conveyance systems, storm water quality and management design, grading and drainage plans, horizontal and vertical road designs, water distribution system, forcemain layout and lift station design, and erosion and sedimentation control design and permitting. 


The Arbors at Eagles Brooke Subdivision

Henry County, Georgia
Client: Eagles Brooke Properties

PINNACLE provided management, technical design and permitting services for a 99-acre, 204-lot subdivision zoned R-3.  Responsibilities included project management, technical designs and construction plan generation for storm water modeling and drainage design, roadway, utility, grading and drainage, erosion control, and civil/site layout.

Whetstone Branch Town Homes
Atlanta, Georgia
Client: Superior Acquisition and Development

PINNACLE provided project management and civil/site design services for a 3.90-acre, 29-unit multi-family town homes. Site layout consisted of 3-story units each with garages using municipal utilities. Design involved roadway, infrastructure, pump station and force main, grading and drainage, storm and water quality management, erosion control and NPDES permitting.

Old National Orthodontics
College Park, Georgia

PINNACLE provided project management and civil/site design services for a 2.36-acre, commercial parcel for a doctor’s office expansion. Site design consisted of grading and drainage planning, storm water management, and associated parking for a proposed 11,000, 2-story office building.
